To edit this area so it includes your personal information, go to "Widgets" under the "Appearance" menu in the blog control panel. Once there, drag the "About Me" widget from under the "Available Widgets" area to the "Sidebar Top" area near the upper right of the Widgets page. Then you can enter your information and "Save". To have your picture appear, you will need to go to http://www.gravatar.com and set up a gravatar for the email address you are using in the blog.
